Activation Method
Mairvi Grafix offers two activation options for the Share MY5 Family Package:
- Complete Page Package: Activate for PKR 5000 with (parent + 4 members) for your own.
- Single Slot Package: Add yourself as one member into an daily fresh Share MY5 family package managed by Mairvi Grafix.
Important Disclaimer
The package resources (data, calls, SMS) are shared collectively among all members. They cannot be fixed or limited per member. If one member uses the majority of resources (especially internet MBs) before expiry, other members may face reduced availability.
To help manage this, Mairvi Grafix provides a Share MY5 Tracker tool. Click here to check remaining days, package expiry date, and the numbers of all 5 members in your group.
Terms & Conditions
- VAS services Golootlo and Waada are available only for the master number (not for child members).
- A parent number can add up to 4 members in the My5 group for resource sharing.
- Call Set-up Charges: No.
- MSISDN, IMEI, City, and Phone Model may be used for profile creation & service processing.

Group Making
1. How can I add and manage members?
You can add members for your full package using My Zong appl or dial Zong 4G helpline from Admin number to request them to add.
2. How many members can I add in full package?
Maximum group size is 5 (1 parent + 4 child numbers).
3. Can i add my self to fresh groups?
You can call Mairvi Grafix (Click to Call) and send payment online and send pacakge number to add in Mairvi Grafix Share MY5 family
3. Can MBB, Internet SIM or Postpaid users join?
No, only prepaid mobile numbers are eligible.
Resources Sharing
1. What resources are shared?
Data MBs, Off-net minutes, On-net minutes and SMS are shared collectively.
2. Can resources be assigned separately to each member?
No, all resources are pooled and available for all members equally.
VAS Services
1. Who gets Golootlo and Waada services?
Only the parent (master) number gets these services, not child members.

1. How to Subscribe/Unsubscribe?
- Dial *6464# OR send SMS: sub my5 to 6464 to activate.
- Dial *6464# OR send SMS: unsub my5 to 6464 to deactivate.
2. Is this offer available nationwide?
Yes, it is available across Pakistan.
3. Can this offer be combined with other packages?

4. What happens after consuming the free data?
